New Zealand Symphony Orchestra Amusements and Triva

The New Zealand Symphony Orchestra, the "first orchestra on the web", is ostensibly at http://www.nzso.co.nz; however, the site is missing. I've rounded up as much of their Musical Amusements page as I could, and presented it here. This is, again, a mirror of the now lost NZSO page. [The NZSO does still exist, but they now have a very slick, and boring, website.]

If anyone knows the whereabouts of the missing pieces, please let me know.

Last time I checked (Nov 26, 2005), the below jokes were also mirrored at http://www.geocities.com/opro.geo/nzso/ (offline in 2009) and http://www.actrix.gen.nz/users/dgold/fun/ (offline in 2010).

Tuba Amusements and Trivia

Like ambulance drivers and other people who work for rescue services, orchestral musicians often face long periods waiting interspersed with flurries of intense and dangerous activity. Here are some of the things that have helped us to survive those slow rehearsals and endless airport queues.
